Mark’s Fitness Routine
I get two hour long workouts in weekly, whether during a tournament or an off week. Cory Puyear of PURE Golf designs all the workouts for me, whether he is present or not. Each workout consists of abdominal exercises, cardio and other movements designed to ultimately make me more efficient in swinging the club and making sure I have the endurance needed whenever a 36 hole day comes around.
